Jazz Greats concerts on the Vineyard Stage have been a summer staple at Glenora Wine Cellars since the first concert was held in 1983, shortly after the winery opened its doors. Over the past 40 years, Glenora has welcomed some of the biggest names in contemporary jazz in the world to its stage overlooking beautiful Seneca Lake and the vineyards. The concert series takes place on the third Sunday in July, and again on the third Sunday in August each year.

Cindy Bradley has blossomed into a powerful and charismatic presence at radio and on the contemporary jazz festival circuit, with 8 #1 Billboard singles along the way. Cindy has performed everywhere from the Seabreeze Jazz Festival, to the Dubai Jazz Fest. She won Best New Artist at the American Smooth Jazz Awards, Brass Player of the Year and Best New Artist at the Contemporary Jazz Awards, and was named Debut Artist of the Year by the Catalina Island Jazz Trax Festival and Smooth Jazz News.

Joining Cindy on the Vineyard Stage will be New York based sax player/vocalist and songwriter Paula Atherton. Paula has shared the stage with such contemporary jazz notables as The Rippingtons, Nick Colionne, Chuck Loeb, Cindy Bradley, Brian Simpson, Althea Renee, Four80East, David Sanborn, Bob James, Marc Antoine, Hiroshima, Gerald Albright and Chieli Minucci. Paula has also worked in the traditional jazz field; one of the notable performances being a week long engagement at the Blue Note NYC with pianist and jazz legend, Hank Jones. . Paula also performed with Grammy award winning singer Dee Dee Bridgewater at the Annenberg Theater, for the Palm Springs Women’s Jazz Festival.

Concerts are held on the Vineyard Stage, with plenty of lawn seating. Gates open at 12:00pm, show starts at 2:00pm.
